Try doing it @ 55000 iph. It takes skill, but it also takes one mistake to loose a limb. Sometimes the piling comes back soon after and it's all because cheap ass corporations buy cheap etch to save $1/gallon. But do remember this, love what you do, but don't love your company because they don't love you. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER.

Yes, thats suicide. Why not invest in an automatic wash, and if theres piling then pull up or clean it off on crawl? I've seen amputations with that game. The machine will not stop dead.

We have an automatic blanket wash system on our Rotoman. Screw stickin your hands anywhere near the machine when it's at operating speed. When we clean plates it's usually running on the crawl at around 1000 impressions per hour
