Interesting. I only get a slight hint of starcraft from the music to be honest, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It works well on its own, without references.
Hmm... Actually, the second song reminds me a bit of the Jacob's Elevator from MMX8, but I imagine anyone can find passages in any song that reminds them of some other song.

well.. for the NES ones it's easy just to duplicate the intruments on a technical level [provided no impossible hardware envelopes are being used]..for the other ones it's clearly just a loose emulation of the basic feel, I'm glad you like them though!
