Well, one of the most beautiful as well as underrated music from Cutting Crew, deep haunting and poignant piano parts like the power of the voice of Nick von Eede, one of his best romantic and nostalgic production. Have something haunting, like I've been in love before, reach for the sky or Sahara, their strenghs was clearly in these ballads, on not only "I just died in your arms tonight". The Cello make it very special, like classical chamber music, like the french lyrics in the middle...
neilscrim, thanks for adding this! i've been looking for this for a while -- had my CD stolen years ago (go figure) and just recently bought it again on Amazon -- truly amazing song. I can listen to this song and the title track to this album over and over (insert nostalgia here).
@westenwebb Were we separated at birth or something? LOL I, too, can listen to Brag and The Scattering over and over - it's more than the melody and the lyrics and his voice, but there's something about these two songs that just really strike me powerfully....and haunt me.
