hi, im really annoyed when i go to change my tv system from ntsc to PAL it goes all blurry and messed up and doesnt record or anything because its frozen and all jittered up. but wen i leave it on ntsc it stays in black and white HELPHELPHELPHELPHELPHELPEHLP!!­!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What settings did you use? Mine seems to make lines in the video while capturing.

Mine did the same thing. Don't do AVI, Use DVD and make the capture rate 6000 in 16:4

Oh, well I always use MPEG. I'll try that technique out, so my Halo 3 clan can get started on some videos.

i changed it to dvd, but when i try to change capture rate it wont let me, its on gray.

I found out a great tutorial on how to fix that and get the best quality of avi. AVI made ines for me to, but click on my profile and then click the gta iv quality test video and it has a link to the video I used to make it that quality. You have to download some small programs but it works out great.

If you used AVI in Ulead it will make lines. Either you need to deinterlace the video or use a different file type like MPEG.
