You have to understand the nature of evil. David Cameron and Osborn have absolutely no conscience whatsoever. Cameron has no morals, no ethics and no compassion. He is cruel and heartless. He rewards his wealthy buddies and bankers by heaping honours on them for the House of Lords, such as that scum from British Gas, who Cameron rewarded fro hiking up energy prices and who also sacked Cadburys workers. YOUR VIDEO IS ONE OF THE MOST ARTICULATE EXPLANATION OF WHY THESE CUTS ARE WRONG. WELL EVERYONE SHOULD CONTACT YOUR MP YOU CAN DO IT THROUGH SCOPE WEB PAGE.. WRITE TO THE PRIME MINISTER AS WELL.
Stupidly, I voted Conservative at the last election to remove the nastiness of the Labour government who had almost made it a crime to be disabled in this country. How wrong was I? I must have been really really stupid to think that Mr Cameron would help us but in reality what do multi millionares know of living with a disabillity? Mr Cameron should have knowledge yet treats us all like filth. I won't vote again, what would be the point. None of them care about what they are doing.
Came to this video via Crippen! Great and nice that you have such strong but yet effective on these cuts which are so inconsiderate to disabled peoples lives!!!!! Well done!!!!
My girlfriend works in a care home for the elderly. She is now expected to work 12 hour shifts, no sick pay, no holiday pay. she hadly has a lunch-break. the home is understaffed...and then they wonder why they have such a large staff turnover. this is what happens when the trade unions are detroyed. These Victorian work practices are the direct result of Thatcherism...and Blair's so-called Labour government did nothing to give back workers their rights...proving Labour was hijacked by the Tory.
Oh, and the other lie about people living longer. LOL, people are living less longer because of environmental illnesses, meds, vaccines, and becoming iller younger. There are reports to show the number of illness and disability rising in the less than 50. Published papers show that those who are now in their twenties will die at a younger age. Poeple who are living longer now, in their 80s, were eating foods without toxins, no vaccines, no meds, no dentistry, etc... They were healthier.
We don't see the real people controlling Britain in Parliament. The politicians are just puppets. For the past 30 years, we have had the same Prime Minister...and he wasn't elected by anyone. His name is Rupert Murdoch. He is the king-maker. No one gets elected as Prime Minister without first receiving his blessing, anointment. In 1997, when I saw Murdoch publicly giving his support to Blair, I knew the Labour Government was going to be fake, that was going to continue Tory monetarist policies.
Why is the public being persuaded by the mass media to accept the idea of legalising "assisted suicide"? Why does the BBC produce dramas and debates supporting "mercy killing" and yet consistently reject plays about the Disabled Holocaust like mine, "The First To Go"? Because the BBC is part of the Government's propaganda ministry...and when I say "Government", if it is Blair or Cameron/Clegg or Thatcher, it is the same. Between 1997 and 2010 we never had a Labour Government...it was still Tory.
@ScabsNabs Yes, I agree with you, its controlled propaganda to rid of the elderly, the chronically sick, the disabled. For now, then it will be others who are no longer necessary, productive and useful.
When Hitler was at war on several fronts, he needed to find extra funds to pay for it, so he accelerated the euthanasia programme because he didn't want the Third Reich to continue spending on those he regarded as "unproductive consumers". He saw them as a drain on Germany's resources. The crippling expense of war made him realise he had to get rid of the expense of cripples...hence the Disabled Holocaust. That is what is happening today.
We are in so-called "debt" because we are at WAR. Because we are fighting America's Imperialist Wars. That's where our tax-payers' billions and billions are going. The Britsh should stop being fooled by all these lies about worse "peacetime" deficit. For one thing, Britain is NOT in "peacetime". We are at war in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. And we plan to extend our wars to at least Iran. That's why we are all having to suffer...because these wars have to be paid for....
Great video, Peekapurr. Chissiez1 is a heartless idiot. Forget the Nazi moron. Bills? what bills? Tax the rich until they are no longer rich. No one deserves to be so rich that they can waste £1000 on a bottle of wine or £750 on a dress. Such people are greedy selfish scum. Thats the Tory party. Thats Cameron. He was never going to care about the needy, the impoverished, those who are not in the minority category of earning more than a hundred thousand pounds a year.
Lastly, there is no morality and no reasoning with lying politicians. The UK has had the highest cold related deaths comparing with the EU for many years now. How can this be justified. Other point, these incentives to cut welfare, started well before the so called world economic downturn, with Blair & Brown since 1997. Wake up, these cuts started a while back. . Labor discussing tenure of social housing for the last ten years. Social engineering at its worse.
Eventually, it will happen to those in employment, regardless of your profession. You will be expected to work for two or three, more hours, and less pay, less renumeration, wobbly pension schemes, little prospects regardless of career paths. Professionals are being manipulated, pitted against one another. Read Machiavelli's "The Prince." Neo feudalism movement is spreading. Those who are no longer productive, will be slowly, over a period of time, be without recourse. For now.
../ bountry hunters being paid high renumeration to pry in bank accounts, emails, FB accounts, phone calls and emails to catch cheaters. LOL, remind me not to order a foot ball for my newphew on the net!!! The so called "Overseas Aid" budget is vast sums of money invested abroad making billions in revenue in off shore banking accounts. Remeber, Margaret Hodge, and David Blunkett spouting that benefits will eventually be dispensed with? That no illness exist to prevent anyone from working?
Approaching this ruthless killiing of the chronically sick, from a moral standpoint, is useless. Those policies started with Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, slowly, drip by drip, the erosion of social care, and welfare policies. The pretext of cuts is laughable, for the chronically ill generate jobs. Instead, the money is being spent paying bounty hunters (continue in next comment)
shame on you for being judgemental, chissiez1 - one day you will need help with dressing, going to the toilet, eating etc - i hope you don't ever feel the indignity or subsequent sadness of having a carer with your selfish attitude.
The fact that the UK has been left effectively bankrupt means that the cuts they're being forced to make are too wide and too deep to ensure sanity. No doubt this has been thought up by some penpusher in Whitehall & then rubberstamped by some no neck in the cabinet, but that doesn't mean that it's set in stone. If enough people complain loudly enough it will be overturned.
Maybe they should shave off some of the 13 billion in overseas aid to improve the lives of UK citizens.
Don't you realise that bills have to be PAID. Stop your fake "on the verge tears" whining. If you are a natural Labour voter learn to live with the consequence of your voting record.
just doing there jobs and what they stand for , they conserve and thats all they care about so expect everything to be cut to bare minimum until people get fed up of paying out taxes with nothing to show for it, thats when labour gets back in to push the boundarys and goe on a spending spree once again to get people living in cardboard boxes off the streets again and so on, people have got a future just not over the next 10 years heh so its a case of shut up & put up again :S
FUCK THE COELITION GOVERNMENT!!! Students will now have to pay twice as much money meaning that most students will not go uni and will end up with shitty jobs because of these twats.
These cuts will take UK 100 years to get rid of all the debt and taking jobs will not fix that.
What I find funny is the electorate still believes that politicians are out to serve them. case in point Bendy Girl. It's exactly why there is voter apathy nowadays because the ONLY choice you as a person have is the choice of which party gets to fuck you over.
Public memory is also amazing. We see what each party has done to the country and yet we keep going back to them like battered wives, thinking they'll change.
If you voted conservative you are part-responsible for the current situation.
I agree with your opinion. This election I was inching towards Lib Dems (didn't vote in the end) and I was happy with their manifesto. I asked my mother who she was voting for and she said Lib Dem as well. I asked, "So did you read the manifesto", "No". I got annoyed. I'd rather someone vote Conservative because they've read the manifesto than someone who votes for the party I like without reading up on them.
@RedcoatMic24 On this I agree with you . I get fed up with people who moan about MP's, who demand that the parties put forward better MP's. However they aren't prepared to take part in politics themselves. Where do they think those MP's will come from. If ordinary people don't take part in the political process then nothing will change. democracy isn't for other people to do, everyone has to have a role. The problem with politics today is to few people are prepared to take part.
Very brave to appear in person. People in government should take her comments seriously. She feels betrayed only a few months after the elections when people remember what was said before it. What does the future hold?
Well done - a fantastic post. I once worked in a nursing home for people with Huntington's Disease - Mobility Allowance enabled me to take residents to the supermarket to purchase their own shopping, to community based activities - one lady joined a keep fit class which was amazing to me - a lady with a degenerative disease making the most of what she had. I am close to tears here as I know Cameron had more than enough money to care for his son and sadly people thought this made him human!
Great video - I almost ended up in residential care as our local council had no suitable adapted housing when I was newly disabled - a decent wheelchair, bought with mobility allowance was a Godsend at that time!
Cleggs betrayal is even greater. The Lib Dems targeted disabled voters, they went after them with promises about how they would look after disabled peoples interests.
@RedcoatMic24 can't believe you said that. They are in government with the Tories, they are voting against all the promises they made so yes, of course they are breaking promises.
@Parsfan1885 They didn't make promises regardless of the result of the election.
Electoral manifestos are issued outlining the polices they intend to take should they be elected, I thought that was pretty obvious.
They however, can't be called to stay faithful to these promises, they didn't win the election, they're the junior coalition member and think about it, if they didn't win the election, their promises weren't popular enough anyway.
@RedcoatMic24 absolute nonsense the Lib Dems are twisting and squirming as they see their Party leaders do the exact opposite of what they said they would do in government. Just accept the fact, the Lib Dems have sold out, before the election they made it clear they wouldn't support the sort cuts that are being enacted. Millions voted for them because of that. The people who voted Lib Dem are horrified they are supporting cuts like this. get your head out the sand.
And what would you suggest? A government had to be formed, there was no way Lib Dems could have gone Labour and all another election would have done would be to return a Tory majority.
It's clear that Lib Dems have at least blunted some of the worst Tory policies, many compromises were taken.
This is democracy, this is what people voted for, the Lib Dems can't demand things, they weren't voted for, they're just trying to form a stable government.
@RedcoatMic24 I don't think the Lib Dems are getting anything from this coalition other than a vote on PR, which isn't even their preferred voting system. All their other manifesto commitments are being ridden roughshod over. In fact whenever there is a policy that flies in the face of what the Lib Dems said before the election Cameron makes Clegg make the announcement. They should have let the Tories form a minority administration. I can't stand the SNP but they've managed in Scotland
@Parsfan1885 The Lib Dems have blunted several of what would have been harder policies, such as Britains stance to EU, the Tories wanted it to be a straight out "things have changed, we're going to be hostile".
A Tory Minority government would just be voted down and a general election would have been called and people would just return a Tory majority to let them govern.
I am not disabled and not a Tory voter, I had no doubts that the Tories would NOT look after the poorest and most vulnerable in society. I have no doubts that they will look after big business and the wealthy. I am under no illusions as to who the Tory party represent.
What do they get at the moment and what are the changes?

Think about it, one in two people doesn't think that they're right to simply vote for how they want the country to be doesn't think it's worth it.
Many people are idiots, and don't even care to read manifestos, follow debates or participate in Democracy whatsoever.

Parsfan1885 1 year ago
@Parsfan1885 The Liberal Democrats were not elected so how can they break any promises?
RedcoatMic24 1 year ago
@RedcoatMic24 can't believe you said that. They are in government with the Tories, they are voting against all the promises they made so yes, of course they are breaking promises.
Parsfan1885 1 year ago

Parsfan1885 1 year ago
@Parsfan1885
THEY WERE NOT ELECTED.
RedcoatMic24 1 year ago
@RedcoatMic24 I don't think the Lib Dems are getting anything from this coalition other than a vote on PR, which isn't even their preferred voting system. All their other manifesto commitments are being ridden roughshod over. In fact whenever there is a policy that flies in the face of what the Lib Dems said before the election Cameron makes Clegg make the announcement. They should have let the Tories form a minority administration. I can't stand the SNP but they've managed in Scotland
Parsfan1885 1 year ago
@Parsfan1885 yep the lib dems are as good as dead in the next election.
chrcoluk 1 year ago
@Parsfan1885 The Lib Dems have blunted several of what would have been harder policies, such as Britains stance to EU, the Tories wanted it to be a straight out "things have changed, we're going to be hostile".
A Tory Minority government would just be voted down and a general election would have been called and people would just return a Tory majority to let them govern.

I am not disabled and not a Tory voter, I had no doubts that the Tories would NOT look after the poorest and most vulnerable in society. I have no doubts that they will look after big business and the wealthy. I am under no illusions as to who the Tory party represent.
