  • most of the times i use an outside kick just when i land after btwist as swingthru, sometimes i use a low sweep. both of them make me feel balanced and theres no wasted time. hope i could help

    hell no! It's a bkick variation so... If you can b-kick then b-twist is relatively easy. just wrap your arm around you when doing the bkick at your peak of your jump and voila!

    Look for tutorial around youtube like jujimufu or trickstutorial

  • The Butterfly twist is a personal favorite of mine. Yours is nice and smooth looking. Nice job.

  • Hurting Joints?... there's Nothing you can really do for that. Martial arts... Dancing... Gymnastics... Even Running, Destroy our joints. As a Gymnastics coach myself, The only REAL way to save your joints is to make sure they're Really flexible, and to Keep the Major muscles around them Really strong. The more shock your muscle can absorb, the better off your joints are.

  • that song isnt from disturbed. um i cant help you on the balence part but the ankle problem i can do you stretch your ankles be4 you beggin tricking? if notthats your problem if you do try wearing shoes that support your ankles but still give you the movement you need. i would put up a video showing how to stretch your ankles but my camra just broke so if you want i can give you a video showin you how if you dont know how already.

  • I think all of the comments that are saying things such as... when you finish the b-twist, get your chest back up by leaning your head back are pretty close to the mark.

    Your s/t looks fine with the leg, and your arms appear to be set--at least most of the time(??), so although this vid is 1 year old... it might help.

    Your raiz s/t is great though!!!!

  • hey man, dunno if you ever got that swing thru down but the most important thing for you is to get your arms back and chest up right before you land your btwist.

    you gotta emulate the setup you do before you do a regular gainer

    You aren't crouching before you jump, which is a necessity here. You are nice and straight, though, which will be great for doubles.

  • yea just kick your foot up and lean your head back and kaboom swingthru

  • You could do it no problem, just go for it.

  • your not staying in the air or twisting your upper body fast enough. What you need 2 do is look straight back on the swing so it keeps your upper body high, if your head is low your body will b 2. Press both shoulders together rather than trying to twist with one shoulder. also try to coil your arm around your stomach in direction of twist. hope this helps
