    i prefer that actually and it seriously helped me a lot at the beginning to get my shin a bit more resistant. soon i could also kick more and harder into my cute bag.

  • Bones are denser where pressure is applied tennis players have extremely dense bones in the arm they use and this will make your shins adapt and get denser

  • i read that this will deaden the nerves but not densify the shin bone (making it stronger) so you can still break/crack it if you kick because it's not strong enough. Is that correct? Because i want to work on my shins but don't know how to start

  • @tommyboi631 yes, this will essentially cause them to sink into the leg and become less sensitive. i noticed a difference after the first time i did this, so i would say immediately. start low and slow but push yourself.

  • @tommyboi631 you can also do this with a roll of pencils held together with tape. just do it everyday until your shin is numb and for at least 2 weeks.
