@Kimvichan they split up when three of the members (Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu) sued their agency SM Entertainment. They now work as two separate groups; JYJ (the members that sued), and TVXQ (also called HoMin, the two members that stayed).

They both released an album this year, but JYJ is not allowed to be on shows or preform on any music broadcasts, though as you said, Jaejoong and Yoocchun have both acted in dramas this year as well ^-^
