all the buildings and units look like litle baby toys.  I'll stick with my generals zero hour game for now. everything is much better in that one. much more realistic. EA designed this game just for kids not for teens or adults.

No game is realistic. You may pretend that Generals is realistic but the truth is it's far from it. The Red Alert series has always featured tons of weird crazy stuff so it might as well look as cartoony as it is. In the end realism only ends up restricting a games potential.

I think a good marketing techinique would be making the game for everyone to be able to play. Kids would find the colors and the shapes interesting, problem is parents would probably not buy a game marked as "teen" for kids. Games are supposed to be made so that they are way beyond realism that it's more exciting than real life. Realistic games would be called simulations, and I doubt the Middle East can mass produce scud missile trucks with anthrax poison or that the USA have Proton cannons.

In this game an apocalypse the tank is similar to an inflatable mattress. And the court yard of a design at America on was much more beautiful in RED ALERT 2 there there was at it a beautiful arch and now on теремок the court yard of a design at America is similar. in real terms... ra3 does not need that "special effect" its a fast paced game with strategy.. people like you should quit gaming. cus u fail @ that. "oh i like graphics" go die somewhere nub.

That's because kill-everything superweapons only lead to base turtling stalemates. Sure, they are fun to use, but not for the multiplayer strategic element that RA3 is trying to fill (it is definitely going to be a contender with Starcraft II).

RA3 doesn't ahve dynamic lighting (light sources like weapons fire should light up nearby objects, this seems to be imitated by simply by overlaying 2d images some length units above the ground, aligned with the camera, which is called a billboard) , which is a major flaw in tis graphics.
