Flite Test - Horizon Hobby Flying On Water - FLITE TIP

Hey guys, I bought this plane because i am new to flying. On my first two flights i crashed, and i think it is because we hand launched it. So my question is, is it easier to use a short grass runway or hand launch when learning?

@FuryCA Short grass runways are almost always best. If something is wrong, you tend to figure out before the plane lifts off, or just as it lifts.

Tip: When flying on water, just as on land sooner or later you are going to flip your plane. Get a cheap RC boat and use that to pusch your flipped aircraft back to shore.

Im really happy to see Josh Scott adding his input, but could you guys do a tip on landing with normal gears. Im getting a Hellcat and im really nervous on the landings, please can you do an episode on landing and how different planes land, gear or no gear?

Ohh, nice, water landings. I have done that many times before, but I don't have floats... (but it becomes pretty expensive. Most esc's are NOT waterproof XD)

I live in the Netherlands, so I have TOOO much water :-(

boobs are not includet! you need to get your own pair seperately! A and B sizes for bumpy landings, we recomend you to get a luxury D for smoth bouncy landing.

Sounds like something about the weight has changed slightly in the BNF version. I have the previous version. I always have some up elevator on takeoff or else very bad things happen. I have found that the best landings are done under power. See my videos for examples.
