  • Awesome teaching. That is the way , simple but efective. Very intuitive.

    Congrats and Thanks

  • Good lesson, easy to follow ***** many thanks .

  • Short & simple explanation ! So it works!

    Thank you man !!!

  • TURN DOWN THE SONG!

  • did you actually say "I dont know this song"? Did I hear that right?!

  • Give a tut on the Rolling Stones Sympathy for the Devil live version, lol

I would love to see a tut on that one.

  • You have long fingernails..

  • Great tutorial !

  • THANK YOU! It may not sound like Symphaty for the devil when I play it... but it sounds really cool!

  • nice dude, thanks

  • i dont like ur rythm i can do better

  • but in no one part he joins the song with a rythm

  • Cut your finger nails.

  • @majestyksymba1 your supposed to have long fingernails for guitar dumbass

  • @buddythedog12345 That's right Mate. Some players only use their fingernails when they play.. {No picks).

  • @TOPOFFMAN yes thank you

  • @majestyksymba1 its for classical guitar or guitar picking, maybe you will learn one day

  • xlnt work my man..

  • i really appreciate peoples time in giving free lessons but the background music is really offputting while trying to learn the song. soz to be a bit neg but i couldnt stick with this lesson.

  • One of my favorites thanks mate!

  • chorus dont seem right

  • good vid dude, thanks!

  • You just helped me playing my favourite song ever made/ from the rolling stones. Thanks :D

  • those "sus" chords make a world of difference. thanks ...

  • are you australian?

  • with all respect, i think your chords are wrong-the first three main chords played during the choruses. I have a vid of Keith playing different chords in the studio, and have discovered what those chords are.

  • @COMMUNISTPHILOSOPHY NOT chorus, i meant to say verses

.... please allow me to introduce etc etc

  • 1:56

    A, D, E back to A

    You mean E, D, A back to E

  • nice job,thanks

  • Thanks! I learned how to play this from you:) A can't play that fast though...

  • Great lesson!! One of my favorite Stones tunes!

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks man! Very good.

  • Thanks from Nathalie ;-) !

  • great lesson!

  • Thanks for the chords and bass line. I had the progression slightly off. Once you know the progression , you can just rock and improvise. This is one of the best Rn R progressions in my opinion.

  • Great, thanks.

  • awesome. i am the uber beginner and you made it possible for me to play one of my favourite songs. thanks a lot

  • awesome lessonj

  • isnt this song played with those same keys but in power chord form?

i have no idea why he said it like an I

    anyway good tutorial, thx

  • He has an accent, you stupid fuck.

  • wow, was that really necessary?

  • Oh noez, did I offend you? D;

  • Not really, i usually call people by stupid fuck, dumbass and stuff like that you know?

  • no. coming from a die hard GNR fan

    no

  • great! u made me sound like stones for while :)

  • its easy sound like the original when you have the original one backing

  • i cant believe this.. u helped me play a bit of rollingstones ...thanks :)

  • He needs a long thumbnail for fingerpicking, you dumb dicksuck!

  • jajaja

  • Thank you kindly!

  • Good video! For those of you out there, give it a try! A fun song to play for a beginner or intermediate player. Try putting a capo on the 2nd fret to change up the sound a bit if you like. Rock on!

  • I pretty sure you called the A chord the E chord near the beginning

  • Hey..thanks. How bout posting it using power cords?

  • Excellent Dan, Thanks very much for adding that it has helped me a lot. Your instructions are clear and concise and well paced. Look forward to more mate.

  • Thank you, I always wanted to learn this song as I am new to guitar playing:)

  • Thanks for the comment. I have decided to do a few easier songs on video lessons. Everybody always want to show the best of the best. While it good to have a goal to aim for everybody need to start with the basics.

  • yes but this version of this song is easy but could you show how to play with the normal chords in electric guitar or acoustic but with the original chords

  • i dont normally comment on youtube videos but this is def worth a comment, very good video, thanks a lot, this is gona be the first song i try to learn as i was practising those 3 cords last night :)
