  • errertfghyjnuhb b bfdfvgtr fhj ( you dont need hands to light fire works)

  • It's not foolproof if it involves a razor/pocket knife of a lighter

  • Cool Video !! but on 1:50 ther's an ORGASM XD. Just kidding, awesome video

  • Those wire things are called leads not diodes

  • i got the same contacts, is it "briliant blue"?

  • @theunknown117 belive it or not that was shot without contacts. the lighting or something just brought out the blue in my eyes. :)

  • I just shocked the hell out of myself

  • I always lite the fuse and run but ever since I took an arrow to the knee I used this system

  • I fucking burnt my hand with the glue stick

  • @gunyounoob1 me too

  • Just one question. Are you kipkays son?

  • 12V battery? or plug it in the mains!

    DISCLAIMER:

do not do this!(just joking knock yourself out...)

  • ok im gana go blow up a car

  • Hook this shut up to a car while ur victim is gone when he/she jumps in connect the wires ka boom and run of!

  • @AnarchistKid1 you shouldnt have to run if your far enough away connecting those wires ;)

  • too late... me and my bud made a big boom!LOL

  • Nice thank you. i will use this method for my fireworks :)

  • я твой рот шатал, колотил - зубы летели!!! Еблан!!! Иди хкй соси у бродячего цырка!!! Долбоеб!!!

  • Run the wire back as far as you want depending on wire type... Wires have resistance which would bring down to lower voltage which may effect the ignition.

  • for you youngsters trying to do this, its better to use a ULTRA FINE Copper wire.. the smaller the wire, the less power is needed to ignite it. with a 9v radio battery, can you make any small wire glow red hot. you can use white glue and mix with mach's to turn it into a putty that can be painted or rolled onto the wire. then you dont need to use a straw. NEVER make anything that explodes with Steel or metals. always use Cardboard and white glue.

  • all terriost must see

  • and did you get your straw into explosive or what?

  • dude where did you buy lighter? :D

  • ummm, i like the vid but u said to feed the tube through the wire lol :P i think it is the other way around.

  • awesome! definitely making a bunch of those asap. why not just heat-seal both ends?

  • @dalelerah I would not advise it. It depends on the fuel contained in the igniter. If you heat the fuel too much it may combust. This is simply based on the concept of activation energy. in some cases it is not even advisable to seal the other end with hot glue as the fuel may reach it's activation energy and combust.

  • @Lapporen oops signed into the wrong account. :P

  • thankyou very much i like it awesome

  • So youre using a 12 volt... I have a 120 volt set up. Am I gana blow myself up?

  • @AxillaryGrenade I would not advise using 120v ac as the chance of electrocuting yourself fatally is much greater. Realize that all you are doing is creating enough heat to ignite a fuel this can be done with a smaller power source as long as resistance is taken into consideration.

  • @danielthesard Yeah..... So being the impatient person that I am, I set one up yesterday. I actually just finished experimenting for tonight. I saw your other video on how to make a separate channel box, and as it turns out I have one thats 120 volt, 5 channel, with safety, and over 30 years old, but it works like a charm! I made a directional explosive with gun powder I just happened to have lying arround,

  • Evil genius in the making right here.

  • You look familiar, and about a minute in to the video I realized your McGyver,

  • Thanks! This is great! 8-)

  • yes.

  • 1:39 ghetto hot glue gun!

  • and you think muslims are terrorist lol:-)

  • safe explosives!? wtf!? none of the worlds explosives r safe

  • i dont some one lost in the woods would e able to make his lol =D

  • @SurfingBubble78 wtf? speak englisg dude

  • @Mosku94fin my key borde was broken i ssaid i dont see how smeone would make this in the woods and its english u dum fuker -_-

  • wow you remind me of michael cera

  • 3:36 hahahahaha

  • Wow tf2 sucx

  • A tiny straw full of match heads can't blow your hand off, probably not even black powder. If anything, you will be burned.

  • My friend tried to shove matches in a pipe. Now he has one hand.

  • Hahaha very safe hook t up to your car battery lol

  • @geoper2 It really isn't very dangerous at all. The voltage is too low to shock you, and unless you put a solid metal bar across the two terminals, you are completely safe.

  • I saw you used a motorcycle battery in your other vid. I don't have the type of money to just dedicate a car battery to this and I'm definitely not gonna hook this stuff to the battery in my car. What alternate power supply would you suggest If I was going to fill the charge with match heads. Would I get desirable results with a couple 9 volts?

PS: I tried reading the comments to see if it was answered. I didn't find anything that helped

  • @aznricecannon 9 volt batteries wouldn't have enough current to do it. If you get a couple D batteries, wire them in parallel, it should do it.

  • @randommscience117

How many D batteries are we talking about? about 2-4?Just making sure that I'd get enough to get this ignition down. and thanks a bunch for this vid.

  • @aznricecannon To be safe, I would wire 2 in series for 3 volts and do that in parallel with another set, so you have 4 batteries and 3 volts.

  • @randommscience117

    *comment, not vid lol

  • dude do you play team fortress2 ??? cuz thats were pyro comes from

  • 1:30 thats what she said

  • i have the same pocket nife

  • Dude looks like you smoked some weed:)nice vid btw!!!

  • hey man would this work with a potato launcher? just hook up the wire too the terminals in the potato launcher? would be awesome :D

  • thanks i'll be sure to give you FULL credit for blowing up my school :D

  • @ThorsDiciple :'(

  • @ThorsDiciple THAT SIR IS A BOMB THREAT A FELONY OFFENSE THAT IS PRISON TIME FOR JUST A FEW STUPID WORDS

  • @xXxchipperchopperxXx thats no threat dumbass

  • @ThorsDiciple maybe you should read over your comment again dumbass

  • @ThorsDiciple lol

  • 1:50 nerd orgasm

  • can i use a 6 volt alkaline battery? :3

  • Also, This would be handy for setting off multiple explosives at once, Just make sure that you connect them in parallel, and more explosives means more voltage to connect.

  • I've been searching for something simple and effective like this for years, Thank you very much.

  • good video! 3:05 on i ignored...

  • If in need of fuse wire just go to any hardware store that sells wire by the foot (choose how much you want in ft)Usually around 60 cent or so a foot for really cheap wire. 4 gauge usually has around1862 strands and 8gauge about 735 just take a knife or razor and carefully cut off the shielding = A bundle of fuses!!.Also never reuse any small battery in an electronic device that's been used like this. It can damage the device due to burnt electrode's within the battery.small idea.very few lettrs

  • pussy

  • @Squashism Have fun playing club penguin mr troll.

  • @danielthesard that was my cousin when he was obsessed with it. and it was a while ago this used to be his account too

  • @Squashism If that's what you need to justify your addiction. lol

  • Hook it up to a car battery?! Do you want whats in that straw to be a bomb?

  • @j58bear I'm not sure what your getting at. The straw is just the ignitor housing. The ignitor would be used to light something larger such as a fuse on a firework or some lose chemical that you wish to test the behaviour of.

  • @j58bear please don't tell me your'e that stupid

  • i hate you you should relly go die in a hole if i ever see you makeing vidios agian i will abcdeF up your face not that it is already jacked up

  • @Mrcode12345

Thanks for that wonderful comment. :D I relay hope that this reply brings more traffic to your pitiful channel that has only managed to bring in 560 total views despite having almost 30 videos.

A word of advice buddy if your going to try to insult me please look credible, be grammatically correct, and don't lie about your age on your channel page. It says something about your character.

  • Its just an electric match, nothing serious, why peoples think its for things that goes boom, for example you can just set a camp fire with it without beeing at the spot :D I find out a bit diferent way of this. Instead of sraw, i use a binder, smokeless gunpowder or styrofoam disolved in acetone, and mix it with match head powder, then it burns slower and nice, without pop.

  • @RussianVitamines that's not a bad Idea. Typically I use some sort of liquid accelerant along with the match in order to start a fire I have couple different match types too (match heads, gun powder, kno3 and sugar). I have used this system a couple of times to light campfires but it usually also involves some sort of fountain piro as well. I typically will use a fairly energetic fuse because it lights the fountain pyro with less delay. However the liquid is what actually lights the fire.

  • yeah man,it works,look my vid:)

  • I mean this in the best of ways, but this is actually not a very good idea, it works fine, but it will HEAVILY damage the batteries, theres no load inside this circuit, which I suppose if you have a 12v battery laying around you don't care about sure this is great but otherwise, theres other videos that can show you how to make an igniter that will not destroy your batteries.

  • not bein a hater but doesnt the positive terminal of a ar battery produce hydrogen, so youre shorting out the battery which causes a spark when you connect both wires to the terminals, thats dangerous becuz then the battery can explode.

  • @reload195 You don't come off hater-ish at all. No car (lead acid) batteries do not produce hydrogen gas. You may be thinking of the electrolysis of water which produces hydrogen on the positive terminal. The battery is delivering far less power than it would to even a car. It would take a VERY long time to overheat the battery due to its overall size as well. Also keep in mind that the battery will only output the needed current and the match breaks shortly after it is lit. In short your safe.

  • @reload195 you telling him that his detonation system is dagerous and he is using it for a bomb

  • hi I have a question whould this work if it was used in a cannon of some sort, e.g just the bare wire exposed to gas? (which used to fire the projectile)

    thanks spanners

  • ehhh dude, dont say explosive... why? Its a very powerful chemical material that converst, transforms w/e into fire and gas, pretty much a material that contains a huge amount of energy... THATS AN EXPLOSIVE, your showing how to make an igniter... because sayin EXPLOSIVE while showing ur face its like... HEY, IM A TERRORIST AND SHOWING YOU HOW TO BLOW UP YOUSELF! No dude, just a reminder! Before making stuff, learn ur stuff. Take care!...of ur fingers lol

  • @Vaiktorg I here you. In hindsight I should have used different wording. The intention was not to create anarchy or promote terrorist activities. The intention was to demonstrate a way to safely light fireworks, and test chemical mixtures used in pyrotechnics such as KNO3 and sugar mix (sometimes called r-candy) which is used in rocket motors and smoke pyros. The design is to SAVE fingers and potentially lives by increasing distance between the user and the test subject. Thanks for the comment.

  • @danielthesard No problem! =) Im experienced in pyrotechnics and energetic materials! Im free to help!

  • nice ronson jetlite i have the same one

  • @danielthesard hey dude can i connect it to a cellphone??? can the vibration do the trick??

  • your hair is messy

  • or ignite termite

  • @dukilaki The autoignition point of thermite is pretty high.

You'd have to light it with something like magnesium ribbon. Or, y'know, a blowtorch if you feel like having it blow up in your face. (which I do not recommend)

  • Can I use a computer PSU that has no short circuit protection instead of a battery?

  • This is just what i have been looking for :D

  • just use some constantan wire and a transformator from your modell railway.

    works a lot better!

  • Next week he will show how to wire up The CDI Flash photostrobes to PETN tubes to the TATB NOT!!

  • why not use a 12 volt battery charger kipkay uses it for mini combustion engines or soldering stations and stuff using a charger will save time rather then taking the battery out of the car.

  • WTF!! HOW BIG R THE ROCKETS OR WAT EVER??? u no there r better and easier ways that use way lower graded battery rather then car batteries

  • If you used nichrome wire instead of copper wire you would need much less voltage. As little as 3 volts will get nichrome hot enough for ignition.

  • it has to be a 12 volt battery huh? I tried with 6 & 9 and it didn't work. I don't wanna hook it up to a car battery cuz I don't wanna kill myeslf? any advice?

  • @mrwhitewolf94 I am no expert on electrical matters by any means but I believe it has something to do with the amount of amperage the battery can deliver at any given point. On a standard dry cell this "cranking amperage" is low however a car battery can deliver a much greater amperage (enough to turn over a car) the formula is simple IV=W current times voltage = wattage. you could try some hobby car batteries they may work, I use a motorcycle battery because it is smaller than a car battery.

  • @danielthesard 12v dc 7ah battery motor bike battery try ebay there about $30

  • @mrwhitewolf94 no body gives a fuck, go ahead use a car battery

  • Could I use a 9v or what is the smallest one

  • 1:30 THATS WHAT SHE SAID

  • Comment removed

  • 4:20 BLOWN UP??????

  • does that count as a disclaimer?

  • will a 9 volt work?

  • what is a "medium sized gauge?"

  • How is called that music?

  • @Guthix151 it is at the end of the video. The song is called TF2 Metal and was remixed by Andy Hauck. You can find him here on youtube.

  • dude. theres a gecko on your wall.

  • @footballguy146

    yes there is!

  • did you took some coke in your brains

  • your crack up at the end

  • right on, nice tutorial, thanks

  • ANARCHY!!!

  • Fucking legend! how can i make a big explosion out of household stuff

  • overkill 9000 on the safety part

  • You sound like my mum..........

  • /cheer

  • 3. use black powder instead of flash of a match.

its still a pretty good design, i like it ive tried it. its not bad. oh btw you dont need a 12 volt. a nine volt will suffice. it just might take a little more time. btw good job on ur pyro vids.

  • Ok. Good job but here are a few ideas that could improve this design.

    1. Replace the small strand of copper wire with the spring from the regular click pen.

It doesnt have to be a click pen spring just a small diameter spring. Just hook the end of the wires to the ends of the springs for terminals.

    2. You dont necessarily need the straw with some fireworks. for instance bottle rockets, just cram the spring into the bottom of the rocket in that small hole(after removing the fuse of course).

  • im going to blow up a house :D jk

  • cheers can u anther one but clearer

  • Sweet idea man, just saying, that at the bottom of the video, "pyrotechnic" is spelled wrong. But a good idea nonetheless.

  • you could just put some steel wool in the tube and about half a teaspoon full of powdered matchheads in too .

The following is a load of nonsense : Hinfgsjcucuysgffgxydyycgxgshhcuyx tdcktscgsagkcscgyassctsytcsaycscsauyicsauyfcfyascusicfgreghfirehv8eryvoewuf;kewhfuiewhufyw9euf8374[73f7da8v7d9icvd098v78tcdkjcv8ve7fe7fdsc9sCIYSXCTYSDTCI7WSY6DC78WEFD76WEDYSYCT87DSTC7DC7T7ECTE7C7C7TSCUSDTCSCTSDC7TSDC76E67678TSTSXSUODTSUYTYTTTTYTYtistyduysttYTTYTtyitatxztTTRZSTraiTURXSATCDTEITCPFEQP;BTKI6FSXUYDFLD

  • @mre1010

I wonder how long it will take the Department of Homeland Security to decipher you load of nonsense.

It might trigger another false alarm. Ha ha.

  • what kind of wire will get the temperature to light black powder or a FUSE???

    PLS ANSWER

  • Can I use 7.2 battery charger 150 w?

  • ok please answer my question! anyways what im wondering is if i have a potato launcher and i cut two holes next to each other and have the wires glued in, will the wires arch creating a spark igniting the aerosol? cause all i need is a spark, and in that case couldnt i use a smaller battery? please let me know!

  • @bobbybob3680

Yes you could use an electrical spark to light aerosol, and you could do it with just one or two aa batteries. What you need to do is wire up some compositors to store electrical potential energy. This will allow you to achieve the necessary voltage to create an electrical arch. I would recommend that you do not use wires as your arching points you should use something like bolts or pins to achieve a more consistent result. I hope this helped. If you want shoot me a message.

    -DAN

  • @danielthesard

hey genius, what the fuck is a compositor?

  • @tapper45 A compositor is a person who arranges type for printing or keys text into a composing machine. However A capacitor is an electrical component which utilizes a gap to produce electrical potential energy. Early capacitor like the lidded jar used a simple non conducting material (the glass of a jar) to separate two metal surfaces. modern capacitors use a thin membrane to separate metal surfaces allowing more potential energy to be stored. Is that sufficient?

    Think before you talk dumbass

  • @tapper45 btw your blocked

  • @bobbybob3680 cool video but but for a potato launcher just get a cheap bbq starter the knid with the red button that doesnt need batteries works great

  • lmao nice vid

  • im going to go blow up a car

  • @survivor8bit Have fun with that. Tell the police that I said hi.

  • @danielthesard ok i will

  • i have never told a guy this, but i love u!! <3

  • @normannj Love you too. NO HOMO!

  • I blew up my cat

  • @Jasenmase

LMAO choked on drink when I read that

  • @blazedbl you never know dude, he probably did that on accident and you just laugh? classless

  • I blew my cat up u said nothing about that

  • @Jasenmase good for you you dunb ass

  • A VERY SAFE REMOTE EXPLOSIVE?!?!?!?

  • nice video :)

  • cool man,i tryed this and it worked:)

  • All i have to say is be careful and know what you are doing. And also: unless you stabilized it somehow DO NOT USE ACETONE PEROXIDE WITH THIS. The hot glue will set it off. The other day i poured some how wax on some just becuase and it went off. Just be careful and respect explosives as if they owned you becuase when you're handling them they do. Be safe and have fun!

  • Why 12v batteri =/

  • I tried this and used matches, black powder, and flash powder, but yet it failed to light my rocket and fireworks.

  • @pyrogirl1985 Hmmmm interesting. How thick is your wire and what power source are you using?

  • @danielthesard

I don't know what gauge it is but, it came off of a speaker wire. My power source is the same power source ChuKoNu1 uses, it's 18 volts

  • @pyrogirl1985 2- 9V batteries wired in series do not have the current capacity to raise the temperature of a copper wire of this diameter to a point where ignition will occur. Canabalize a hair dryer and use a section of the thin nichrome element, or use a fine strand of steel wool. Any wire with a higher resistance than copper should work well..

  • @pyrogirl1985 instead of the copper, use steel whool the thin one, just take a pice and use it, you just need 12 volts for litting this one up, also if you take two matches, pass the whool in between the 2 matches, touching the lighting part, and pass corrent through it it will start, no doubt about it!

  • That is exactly what i've been looking for. Ignore all the jackasses that are calling you a nerd. lol i'm 15 and I do exactly the same stuff. I'm in the process of building a robot and learning computer programming...just because lol! nice video!

  • @bryguy124 good for you man. i mean it. i'm good with computers too and i'm only 14

  • @customdrumming thanks. My robot didn't work out 'cause my arduino board didn't arrive. lol.

  • My house burnt down!!!!! It's cool though that's what I was trying to do, thanks!!

    J/K!

  • @EladSwerdna lol wtf? haha!

  • Use it to safely ignite fireworks?? It isn't dangerous to ignite fireworks...

  • How many volts is running through that?

  • @kcpoynter I say it in the video buddy 12v from a
