Of course it's a sketch, but the guy never smoked anything because the behaviour is wrong. He acts drunk, and that's not how smoking weed feels.

@radboudcc You haven't smoked either if you can't tell the difference between being stoned and being drunk. And yes you do slightly lose motion coordination while being high.
