Actually this is called wing riding, different from wing walking. There are several very seriously wing-walkingers in the world that do "walk" the lower wings and climb up to the top wing from the cockpit.. They practice and it is not a thrill ride to them but a beautiful performance created in concert with the pilot flying.

ExiA04, it's the name of a person who does this type of thing, they are called wingwalkers. Also usually not up there on take-off, have to get there while it's flying.
