  • Uhmm... well why would they train them if they're lvl. 10's or Elites.... at that level they're training much more difficult skills

  • True, but I'm sure they have some place in strength training. Aside from someone working on a victorian I've never seen that plane of strength used in higher levels.

    front levers arent worth many points. im sure elites train front levers but they dont include them in their routines
