  • @BryanDing3000

The only thing that's related is the English Theme used here. But seriously, samboleh, if you really are twenty two in your profile, then you're a sorry excuse for one for wasting your time going around JUST saying '4Kids' suck, BLAH BLAH. You're gonna attract flame to your Profile Comments one of these days.

  • ;w;

As an artist, I worship you for how long you worked on that and how easy you just made that look.

As an old fan, I worship you for making it look so epic ;n;''

    If you're at the 2011 NY anime-con I'll totally be there to see your art ;w;w;

  • Do you have a sample of the artwork you used to chalk this out?

  • @solarradiowave Unfortunately I no longer have the original artwork. It was provided for me by toonzaki at the time of the show and they were shredded not long after. Sorry.

  • @pepperink4242 That's ok, I figure it would be that, Thank you for replying at least, I am happy that people still care about yugioh. Keep up the good work.

  • @pepperink4242

    Thats crazy good.

Nice job I cant draw for my life but I can use photoshop

  • 83 *claps*

  • wow! that's amazing

  • Thanks for all the comments everyone! I am so glad people are digging the artwork. I am already talking with people about next years shows and appearances, should be some very cool stuff in the works. I'll keep you posted when shows become a lock. Any conventions you think I SHOULD be attending? Let me know.

  • @pepperink4242 Otakon in Balitmore is the largest convention on the east coast.

  • @ravekid23 Otakon Had around 29,0000 people in 2010, the New York Comic Con/NY Anime Festival had 77,000 in 2009 and I think nearing 85,000 - 90,000 in 2010. I am not knocking the Otakon, I LOVE that show and there is nothing else like it, but it certainly isn't the largest convention on the East Coast

  • @pepperink4242 Before it merged with the Comicon they only pulled in around 15k - 20k people. That's why they merged with them, it wasn't making enough money. Also it's now more comicon than anything else if you ask me, the Otakon is an animefest and only animefest. So my vote for the biggest and definitely the best on the east coast still goes there.

Either way you should go and do a mural there haha.

  • @ravekid23 Yes, you are correct.... if you are taking strictly anime Otakon was definitely a bigger convention. And I actually have been there... TWICE. I made murals in 2008 and 2009. DIdn't make it back last year due to scheduling isses but hopefully this summer will be my third appearance there.

  • Unreal. I am in awe at the dedication that took, and the skill with which it was executed.

  • This is pretty much the most amazing thing I've ever seen in my life.

  • Wow you're an Ah-mazing artist!! :) good job i wish i could draw!

  • I saw my foot!

  • @ravekid23 i saw your foot!

    mmmm

    wait a minute.......

    no..... no

    yes that is your foot!!!

  • @ravekid23 i stepped on it!! lojk

  • Where did you get the background music for the video? I don't think the second one wasn't on the official cd released back in the day.

  • @DentonPro64 The music was provided by toonzaki for me to edit into my video after I completed the mural. I received several different music pieces in a .zip file. Where this music came from, unfortunately, I can't say. They were digital files and didn't have official names, just things like "music1.mp3" and such. Sorry.

  • It's time to D-D-D-D-Draw!

  • I saw it when I started wandering on that Saturday and meant to come back before I left. This is got to be the most epic thing I've ever seen!!

  • I was the kid sitting down in the red shirt at 2:53.

    Haha

  • @BustinJon I love when people find themselves for that split second in my time lapse, depending on how I aim the camera, sometimes thousands of people pass by in seconds!

  • @pepperink4242 Ya, we were there for nearly 20 minutes.

  • fricking awesome as usual.

  • The chalk is a brand called Koss. It is actually very cheap when you buy it in bulk which is why so many chalk artists like to use it. When I work indoors, like this Yu-Gi-Oh! drawing, I have a black craft paper that comes in a roll 3 feet wide by 1000 feet long. I roll out three strips and combine them to make a single 9 foot by (in this case) 12.5 foot piece.

  • I only have my iPod ear buds in during the sketch portion at home (don't want to keep getting up off the floor if I don't like the song). Once I get to the convention I never put ear buds in as I talk to convention-goers the whole time I am there. To me, the point is that people get to meet and talk to the artist while he works. That is one of my favorite parts of doing this.

  • @pepperink4242

    I didn't know that! Sorry!

  • @Golfkid100 Sorry for what? No problem, just telling ya why I use my iPod. Which, unfortunately, just died the other day for good so it looks like I have to drop some cash for a new one. ugh.

  • I love how he has IPOD in his ears during it!

  • EPIC
