hey thanks for the comment, i pretty much learn all my tricks just by trial and error , start of doing them into a foam pit so you cant get hurt then get someone to spot for you on a crash mat and then spot for you on the floor. dont try them unsupported till your spotter says its safe to do so , good luck :)
