I'm all for diy using already existing stuff like this! I do it all the time. saves money and if tweaked right they can rally add something to a video.

If it had of been, you wouldn’t be showing a video with a dirty bathroom with the toilet seat up with clothes hanging out your clothes hamper. Not knocking your idea but your footage doesn’t show full pertential of the tool.
