If you dont know use the right control stick & grapple. You than try to ground and pound him for the first 30-40 secs. than you can try to submit by moving the right control stick in a clockwise motion. Get out of a submission the same way,moving the right control stick in a clockwise motion.

ya its good to use the analog stick in the clockwise movement... but you should know the style of your fighter if he is a wrestler you an just tap a or b or w/e and they'll escape brute force way, but for BJJ its better to use the analog stick
