@SpinDoctor91 Craigs list. I got mine for $800 from some fat people who never used it. I didn't even have to assemble it (except for taking the tower off to fit it in my house) and all it needed was some dusting and WD40. It came with the ab crunch attachment too. My last comment was 10 months ago. I've gained 25 pounds and actually have muscles now!

I have the Ultimate 2, which is the one in this commercial.  I've gained 10 pounds of muscle, but only look slightly better. I've had it for 2 months now and have progressed into stage 2 of the program.

Well,... we purchased a Bowflex recently and it's outstanding. There is nothing you can't do.

I have owned a Bowflex Ultimate since 2002. I use it almost every day. It is a easy to use machine. It is expensive and there are cheaper ways to go. Much cheaper. If you are willing to spend the money you will love this machine. It is convenient and you can duplicate any exercise that is in a commercial gym in the privacy of your own home. I love mine and have never regretted buying it. Your results will equal your commitment. Bowflex home gyms are everything they claim they are.
