I'm just learning to use Logic. Now this is even more motivation for me! Reznor is one of the most brilliant recording artists that ever lived. To hear from his own mouth that Logic is all they need to write and record and apply effects live is validation that I made the right choice! Can't wait to really get a grip on this program. It seems very powerful. BTW! A mic-stand that is wired to control vocal effects! Who else but Trent could come up with that one! Thats just too badass for words!

@mindstormsabrewin it's not what you use it's how you use it, it does not matter if you use ableton live, cubase, reason or logic if you can learn to write tunes that's what matters (btw trent uses ableton live as well)

Logic is pretty amazing.... I only use express but it has changed things for me dramatically

Like I said, I'm a protools boy thru and thru. In my studio we started with LE and the Digi 001, and we just picked up HD with 002 and that works just fine for us.

As far as sequencers go I will admit I use Fruity Loops, but I use all my own samples and softsynths to prevent that "Fruity Loop" sound... Check out my youtube profile for a coupld examples. :)

i did not mean it like that. and if you like your zune good for you. i was using sarcasm on how people dislike the zune when compared to the iPod and etc. and Linux is great. i love Ubuntu. i'm a supporter. But i do not use it on a daily basest. I use OS X (a unix variation). and i only play about 2 games on Windows and the rest on OS X.
