  • im from indonesian but i love mexico city.....and i want to go to mexico city.... :D

  • I love Mexico.. i will retired there!!!

  • come on, mexico is not a desert Guadalajara, Monterrey, etc. there is many grate cities, but the money of the whole country it's spend in the capital.

would you like that your taxes were spend in Washington?

  • I in no form agree with the left since I'm a fervent right winger but I must accept that the current government in Mexico City is doing positive things for the city. By the way, TELEVISA is right wing...

  • Mexico City or Vienna? where would you rather live?

  • @Kalvin40 if you want to get some fun.. MEXICO

  • @JesusIJ93 Yes dude I know, you don't have to talk to me as if I was a prospective tourist, I was born in Mexico and I will be attending college in Mexico City this fall. The only thing is that I studied high school abroad and I'm not full blooded mexican but I'm really proud of Mexico City, I can't wait to move there!! How about you? how come you speak english?

  • @Kalvin40 haha, well I go to high school in California, I'm 19 and I have graduated already from high school in Mexico but I came to to study this year to get better my English, I'm senior, then I'm graduating this June, and after that I guess I will be attending college in Guadalajara or Mexico city.

by the way I was born in Guadalajara.

  • @JesusIJ93 Ahhh I see, that's great, that's just what I did but I studied 4-5 years in the US, which was second semester of 8th grade and up to 12th grade. I will be taking a shot to UNAM.

  • You have to get past your assertions and what you hear in the news to really know what goes on in Mexico. Of course there are problems, but every country has it's issues. There are very positive things, it's just that the media loves to cover the most sensational news out there, so it's easy to leave out the positive boring things that go on in Mexico. I only wish the country elected a smart leftist like Ebrad for president. He's a big part of the reason Mexico City is so advanced.

  • all of this could be gone if we keep letting these retarded little kids calling themselves *politics* have their greed for blood money :l compren un rifle y mata a un traidor (narco, violador, drogadicto, etc) y un chihuahua nace :D

  • i have to admit, the rest of mexico might be falling apart, but Mexico city is a country of its own, and it's thriving, they have a leftist government for 20 years now i believe, and its working great for them. i think that's the key factor , they keep federal government intrusion to a minimum. If other Mexican states and cities want to progress, they ll need to create autonomous regions with home-rule and keep the worthless, useless, corrupt federal government out.

  • @qetuo1000 Left, means more government intrusion.

  • @JohnRhysMusician left means more funds for social programs, low-cost healthcare, scholarships, low-interest loan housing, more public schools, libraries, theaters, and cultural centers. Right means, more power to the state and privileges to the elite rich high class. oligarchy in other words. at least that what it means in Mexico, that's why the leftist presidency candidate is more likely to win June,2012 elections.

  • @qetuo1000 That's not what left and right is in Anglo-America and Western Europe.

  • @qetuo1000 Actually Mexico City residents didn't elected its mayor until 1997 and since then the city has been governed by the leftist party, the Revolutionary Democratic Party (PRD); previous to 1997 the president in turn appointed the mayor.

  • @qetuo1000 Is it worth mentioning that the vast tracts of Mexico City house people who live in squalid poverty? Mexico City is by no means a utopia, and although there is much more investment, culture and progress, there are innumerable problems that Mexico City shares with the rest of the republic. I do agree with you however, that leftist policies provide the best results in Mexico, especially because the country lacks so many basic services that only leftist policies can bring about.

  • THIS IS THE WORLDS BIGGEST CITY!!!!!

  • whats the point of MExico be named mexico if they want to be just like the united sates?....the houses here are no longer built at the Mexican style!...they are built at the USA style!

  • @mexiacn100boy wtf r u talking about !

whats a mexican style for u ?(a poor 4 sided brick wall house?)

Mexico does not look in any way to the U.S.!

  • @mexicano5021 NO... built with the taste of Mexico!.. the new houses now in day in Mexico city are like the ones i saw in USA

  • @mexiacn100boy whats the taste of mexico for u?

  • @mexicano5021 anything that is not influenced by another country, eso es mi sabor mexicano!

  • @mexicano5021 it truly doesnt, you would be amazed at how mexico city looks more advanced but yet tied to the past. Its full of skyscrapers but honor its monuments from the past.

  • @mrpaulmarquez1 I think that Mexico is a country that is a mix of many things. Mexico is a mix of the ancient and modern, the european and indigenous culture, we are a mix economy, mexico is a mix of old traditions and new traditions, the climate is varied greatly from region to region. It is one of the most biodiverse countries in the world in both flora and fauna. Mexico is also the world's 11th largest economy. I just don't like how the wages are low.

  • that is my city :D

  • mexico city! :D
