The CCF and CSPI are both on the same side. Rick Berman and his fellow fake-conservatives are fake-conservative eugenicists, while MeMe Roth and Michael Jacobson and their fake-liberals are fake-liberal eugenicists. "National Action Against Obesity" is as Orwellian as "New Freedom Initiative". Big Pharma wants you to be fat so they can dope you up on obesity drugs. That's why Jacobson, Roth, and Berman are doing the will of Big Pharma.

CCF is right about one thing. The "food police" want a fat tax, but the REAL reason they want the fat tax is because under the REAL ID Act and the upcoming flat tax (aka fair tax) you will swipe your card and thumbscan for all purchases. Same with the fat tax. With the fat tax, you will be forced to thumbscan to buy anything at McDonalds.

It's amazing that we need a lobbyist to vouch for our rights to eat, smoke, drink, etc. The left wing lobbyists are really overstepping their boundaries. We all know that transfats are "bad" for you. This is not about "right vs left". I am not attacking MeMe for being a "leftist". I agree that kids shouldn't be fed junk, but that decision should be left to the parents, not Big Brother. Please. Gimme a break. Ever heard of problem-reaction-solution? 1. CSPI conspires with Big Food to get trans fats and aspartame in food and drinks. 2. CSPI reveals how dangerous these toxins are and sets up controlled opposition (CCF) who defends these toxins. 3. Govt. offers the pre-packaged solution of forced healthcare. Note that the movie itself is a negative message to kids. The moral of the first movie was that it's okay to transform from a beautiful princess into a fat ogre, which is pretty typical of American women today and should be expected if you eat rats, swamp scum, and other junk food. Princess Fiona is, in my opinion, a victim of secondhand obesity. That's not love--that's domestic abuse.

Pop tarts for breakfast? Why not just feed your kid a candy bar? It's the same thing. I grew up on junk like that and now as an adult I crave sugar. I won't buy that junk for my son no matter how bad he wants it. He is a baby now so he doesn't know the difference. But kudos to MeMe for exposing this for what it really is. They don't care about your kids and what is healthy. They just want to make a buck by putting their favorite character on food will end up killing them.

Roth is one of these "food police" people who thinks we should allow phony-liberal Big Pharma front groups (CSPI) dictate out food choices, while Berman is among the phony conservatives who protects Big Food's business interests above our health and well-being.
