I had the privilege of attending a game in 2007. I am a Texan. But the warmth and beauty of the people in Columbia, the sparkling USC campus, and the energy in Williams-Brice Stadium have made me a devoted fan of Gamecock sports for all time. And you just gotta love Cocky!!! : )

Looks a lot better on TV. Honestly, I was expecting the entrance to be really exciting and loud. But honestly, it was less than impressive and very anti-climactic. I thought Clemson's entrance was really original and has a lot of tradition, but not really exciting. However, after seeing both firsthand, Death Valley is louder, has more tradition, and is more exciting. I expected USC's to be more exciting, but it simply was not. Its so special because it gets entire team, fans, and those watching on live tv pumped up for what hopes to be a memorable game.

To those who say that this is lame- I would like to point out that this vid doesnt do it all the justice it deserves. Being a Virginia Tech alumni, I am a bit partial to "Enter Sandman" as a college football entrance.
However, 2001 space odyssey is a classic, and it's highly original. This would definitely get me riled up for USC football. Love the song, and it's undoubtedly one of the best entrances in college football!!!

I am a die hard Gamecock fan and student, so of course I have attended almost evey Carolina vs. Clemson game in my 19 years. Looks a lot better on TV. Honestly, I was expecting the entrance to be really exciting and loud. But honestly, it was less than impressive and very anti-climactic. I thought Clemson's entrance was really original and has a lot of tradition, but not really exciting. However, after seeing both firsthand, Death Valley is louder, has more tradition, and is more exciting. I expected USC's to be more exciting, but it simply was not. Better than most, b/c most are nothing special, but no Clemson.

I'm a huge SC fan, but spurrier has to go. He has been given a shitload of talent, but they 're so scared of making a mistake that they can't just go out and play football. this musical quarterback bullshit is moronic. anyone who knows football knows that the offense needs ONE guy to rally behind. alternating every other play? that is absolutely the worst coaching move i've EVER seen. these sideshows of throwing playbooks and visors and belittling our players needs to end. spurrier has to go.

I'm glad ESPN changed the sound to pick up on the cocky crow and the song (clearly). The 2001 game, you couldn't hear the theme.

this is so exciting to experience. you get chills sown your spin and it get you pumped up like nothing else. i have experienced it over 50 times and i still go crazy from the atmosphere and cocky.

Man i'm watching the Vanderbilt vs South Carolina Game, South Carolina's saftey Cook is the lamest player I ever seen. He is late on every play, when he finally makes the takle 8 yards down field he stands over top of the player every time, he is a disgraceful player.
