Street Fighter 4 is b4 Third Strike (Look up the chronology) so technically Gill is based on Seth. and who says Gill isnt wat Seth could have become had he not failed with his plans. Actually this is only possible when you change the system direction. I play with Gill, positive about it to. Because if you are knocked into the air you can only be hit twice afterwards. You you change the direction, you can be cheap and just do his headbutt the entire time because the clothesline knocks a couple of the characters straight to the ground.

Weird. Juggles in 3s are normally limited to 6 (ground) hits, excluding supers which often reset the juggle count. Here we see two examples of Gill doing 7-hit juggles o_O. The only explanation I have is that the 7th hit with the headbutt and the 7th (and 8th) hits with the fireball must have been fast enough to hit Ken while he was still in "air reel".

This is why Gill was NOT playable in Third Strike Arcades. However any character can achieve those combos if you tamper with the gameplay menus (forgot the name). the Mode is on both the Dreamcast, and Anniversary Edition games. It's kind of fun if you want to BS around.

I have the first one on MAME,and with Pugsy's cheats,I can play as him,with no glitchiness! Infinets are so EASY! Just Crouch Firce,C.Firce,jump roundhouse,C.Firce,J.Roundhous­e,repeat. The Ice makes it easier(although unessesary).
