Before I got my 92 prelude I wasnt even a honda fan. got a crazy sweet deal.. the guy gave it to me in trade for my eg civic hatch stock. And the prelude has a h22 vtec swap, dc headers, full exhaust, lowered, rims, loaded, just did 200 bucks of work on it this week.. and it drives like a dream! Its amazing! Now that ive realized what an H22 vtec is.. I dont know how I got it lol.

? I can't stand the fifth gen front headlights! the rest of the car looks nice, it's just those damn parallelogram headlights which, in my opinion, killed the prelude blood line. It's a great car and It looks damn nice from so many angles, but seeing the front just KILLS it for me. So sad, wish I could uprade my '92 to a newer 'lude, but the 5th gen is not for me. Looks like an engine swap is my best option.

I've seen and commented on this video when I bought my 4th gen. It's been 3 years since, I've sold my 4th gen and bought a Mazdaspeed3, and I still watch this video, no to mention my phone's wallpaper is of my old Prelude.

I truely feel blessed that my first car is was a Prelude, as opposed to any other random, cheap car I could've bought. I still have a special place in my heart for Preludes, and will plan on buying one as I get older as a nostalgia piece.

@j0hNy0u Yeap. A18s, B20s, B21s, H23s and H22s. Prior to A18s, the first gen prelude used some bullshit E-series powerplant. But Preludes then weren't that great. Their best years were 88-01, 88-91 being my favourate. At just over 2600lbs, the low-slung, wide-track 3rd gen was probably the best handling and the 4WS model was really fun. They got heavy after that, up to over 3000lbs after 1996 and the 4WS went to shit. By the 5th and last generation, 4WS was no longer available.

Nostalgic after watching this, had a 3rd generation 4ws Red prelude, you can see one exactly like the one i had in this video, unfortunatly, i had to get rid of it, it was to rusty, Northen climat doesnt help too much on those cars, but i was a really comfortable and fun car to drive, really miss it now. Shitty 99 Civic aint close to the Prelude.
