window tint works but it looks like shit...some guys paint them with a film of black...or you could have them dyed aka smoked

window tint doesnt work its normaly on the inside of the window so it will not hold up to the weather. the light covers he is using are tinted plastic covers that go over the light

go onto ebay motors and look for parts for 95-99 montes, then after that, in the search bar type in exhaust, there should be a kit on there somewhere to convert it to dual exhaust, but it comes with flowmaster mufflers, but im sure you could sell those and buy some magnaflows

but is it a true dual or just a dual catback from muffler on..easier to use al the stock pip up to the muffler and get a catback style muffler with pipes...any muffler shop and build you it
