No, we went to the Playoffs in 2000,2001,2002, 2003, 2004 With T.O., 2006, 2008,2009 and 2010, we also went to 3 straight NFC Championship games, and a 4th with T.O. (who was hurt until the Superbowl) So he didnt play anyway.
So the arguement that T.O. made this team needs to be squashed, All in all I hated him as a Cowboy and grew to like him again as a Bill and Bengal.
Also, if you do the math, in the last 5 years since he left we have made the playoffs 3 times and an NFC Championship appearance, we are fine without T.O.
