Some northern europeans are genetically immune to the virus. So basically they get infected up to a point until their immune system kicks back in and kills the virus. So no, there's no cure for Aids yet.

I congradulate you on posting this video, more people need to know the truth. BUT some of your facts are mistaken. None of the patients were injected with syphillis, over 2/3 of the people already had syphallis and the rest were observed to determine transmission rates and disease stages. Of this I am sure. They were not injected, doesn't make this right. These people were told they were being given cures and instead were just guinea pigs so the disease could be further studied.
I'm a science major and although I'm white I whole heartedly agree black men and other minorities were treated in an appoling matter. I have studied this same kind of treatment in other studies in the united states, such as the homesburg trials which were far worse and included radioactivity, shock treatment, the injection of many substances including bacterias and poisins. yes the Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male was a blatant act of racism sponsored by our government there has yet to be proof that the government actually injected syphilis. The picture you referred to is a picture of blood samples being taken. Perhaps the best scholarly study of the Syphilis Study is "Bad Blood" by James Jones. Jones finds that the government denied treatment of penicillin to further the study and did not infect the men with syphilis.

Just ask yourself "Who is the strongest of them all and who mistreats the most in this world?" if you say every human being does than you are missing the point. The Tuskanee 'experiment' is basically a hate crime. It was a racist, ignorant act committed by the administration of the time and compensation should go hand in hand with justice. This is deplorable. The government has always run tests on black people. But now it is running tests on who ever will agree to it. They have a new drug every few months and tell u that its safe the FDA approved it. But they approved merck ind. drugs they approved aluminum foil which is linked to Alzhiememers. twalk2008, that was an excellent and well documented video, as a White Brit. im not too down on the History of such things as the Tuskegee experiments, but it's shocking and sickening to think about, I guess for some people (including the US government) they are able to live with the disgraceful treatment of it's civilians just from the colour of their skin, keep up the good videos! :-)

actually, I didn't support that video, my objective for the that video was the CONTRADICTIONS on peoples videos, some people did not see that it was satirical.
There were plenty of comments on that video that stated he was a SELF-HATING black man? then the same comments were not made against another that was not being satirical.
I actually made another video to explain the situation and where I was coming from. Of course I'm not in support of SLAPPING a black women, or women period.

I saw that video by Proteanview and I think it was in bad taste. I don't believe that every black person plays victim. When there are issues that affect our community they need to be addressed as such and not "human" issues because what affects our community doesn't apply to all humans.

i think proteanview (unless he is just covering up) comes from a different perspective. there are those blacks who don't put any emphasis on being black and thinking of it as different from white. while others who are black, carry their blackness on their sleeve. as to the the former, for some it is personal choice in order to fit in better and for some it is just a lifestyle they like and is part of their personality or the way they were raised.

i might be able to tell if i watched a bunch of his videos, don't know. but if his fam and friends live white then they wouldn't know what i was talking about. but there are a lot of blacks who live like they are white, not that there's anything wrong with that, and he might be one of them. he is a ron paul supporter, though, so i tend to think he acts more white than black. hey, i grew up watching OJ simpson and never knowing he was black. i still don't know.
