Pity Vangelis never went on to fully explore this sequenced Direct series he eluded to... but in a way i am glad he opted for a more symphonically layered and inspired approach. The best is yet to come folks.....

Vangelis may write simple folk melodies, but he is the master of complex sonic arrangements that pull you in. There's always something new to listen to, that's why it doesn't get old. Just my 2 cents.
