@inflames46 basically, Sky Van Hoff left the band and they changed to The Mercury Arc. They have an album called Paint The Sun Black ATM.

To get this and a few other 'The Mercury Arc' songs, look on their myspace, there's a link that says old demos :)

The only things i hate about metalcore is the emo-vocals that come and go all the time then all of the sudden the singer begins to growl again.. Also most metalcore members are fuckin emos, which is also very annoying.

Exactly what I LIKE. I dont exactly think the melodic singing is emo sounding in this case... However, I like bands that can sing and scream, simply because it shows that the band has more than one talent. They dont ruin their voice to be able to scream, and they dont sound like complete shit when they sing. I just think it's a neat talent to be able to do such a thing...
