Their are actual nail tip stickers that you can use in order to make the perfect curved lines. They have them for the fingers and toes. I did the tape thing to until I found the stickers. They do the exact same thing that the tape does but w/out all the extra work. They are at Walmart in the nail art decal and french manicure section of the nail polish aisle.

You can get glitter fine line pens at a Sally Beauty supply store, sometimes dollar general has gold and silver. I think wal mart even carries it now. or you can simply google search nail art fine liners
