What the crowd needs to ask is when KBL will be asked to give up it's Kisumu Depot so we can source an invester who can make the plant work for the community. @simbamara In Naivasha Ruto broke ranks with his ODM colleagues when he ganged up with PNU to support the presidential system. In Ruto's mind, he expected Raila to oppose it, thats why he initially came out of Naivasha shouting yes, yes. Then Agwambo played a blinder on him and supported the draft, Ruto quickly started looking for other excuses to oppose it. If Raila had said NO, I bet u my house, Ruto would be yes.
