Hi, i had my gastric bypass surgery a little over a week ago and i was wondering about when u said u had pasta? are u aloud to eat pastas and such and what did ur surgeon recommend? im just curious cause im not aloud to eat any pastas or rice or anything like that kinda sucks but o well lol

WOW! You're doing great! I have just decided to have this surgery even though i have been losing weight its a weight lose of like 20lbs a year and at my current weight and age feel this surgery will improve my life, my health and way of life, so thank you for your posts please keep posting i will be watching and at my 6 month period may also post something....you are an insperation

I have wanted this surgery 4 ever. I am 5 ft 2 and weigh 340 pounds. Last weekend I went to the movies with my husband and could not fit in the seats! Anyways I contacted a surgeon and hopefully all will be well and he will sign the recomendation. You are sooo beautiful and I think your journey is amazing good luck!

I've actually just started renting an exercise bike. It's cheaper than a gym membership and easier to maintain. I often found after work that I was too tired to make it to the gym. Now I have no excuses so it much easier to fit the exercise in.

wooHOO I am so happy for you!! Congrats on it all..the new clothes and the new "normalcy" its so fab isnt it? As far at the weight lose I can tell you its very different for men than woman my dad lost all is weight is six months pretty much as for me and woman we retain water mother nature doesnt help! what I notice is that I platue for about 2in ahalf weeks and then I drop rapidly and then the same thing happens..so no worries u r so close..

Hey Taunia! I know, it's funny how many small things are changing and how much they are making a difference, you wouldn't think such simple things could add so much to your outlook. OMG Crystal Light Slurpees are at 7-11's...but not all of them! If you have a bigger one nearby, check there. SO WORTH IT!

Hey Jamie! My sisters are twins. One is tall and super thin, the other was heavy set and shorter. They barely even look like sisters, let alone twins. But my sister had RNY and has lost almost all her weight. The look my similar now, at least their body types. I love the smaller clothes dance. Seriously this is a great video. I love it. Increasing my protein, liquid and exercise is the only thing that got me thru a small stall. You look adorable not horrible. The pictures are amazing. hugs-jenn
