60's - Bobby Vinton - There! I've Said It Again - 1964

I'm not a big Bobby Vinton fan but I love this song....brings me back to when I met my husband - we were young teens....such a romantic song. To whoever said they weren't fans of the Beatles and the Beach Boys - well I guess you could not be a fan but you cannot deny the influence the Beatles had on music and the world. As for the Beach Boys well they were and still are America's band and Brian Wilson a true musical genius.

I have an LP, of Bobby Vinton's songs, use to "spin" them when I was missing my husband, he was in Nam, we were 18 y.o., still together, thanks to these oldies, but .....goodies!

Isn't this just a wonderful song to listen to? I was entering my senior year @ Santa Fe High School in Santa Fe Springs, California when this was released in the summer of 1964. Such wonderful memories of such wonderful friends, family and of a simpler life for all of us who were fortunate enough to have lived during that period. Here's to our memories!
