I just recently saw a video on YouTube to where a man was stabbing his ex-wife at a Wal-Mart, and a 72-year-old man shot the assailant. He was declared a Good Samaritan. If I witnessed a thing like that, I would've done the same thing, being a Good Samaritan saving the woman's life.
@LordGodsServant That's pretty debatable, but it sure seems that way.Some people need to grow up.Honestly it depends on the situation.If I was witnessing a robbery,I'd probably have a gun ready,such as a Glock 28,0.40 caliber.I wouldn't hurt anyone with it,but I'd certainly use it for defense. If anything I'd drop the robber with it,but again that would be done defensively.
@JAREDMICHALLE the point is we who do not deserve mercy, undeserved favor, forgiveness, & love have been shown it by God, so we should show it to others.

I like these videos. Most people Ive come across seem really uncaring and evil. Its a shame I dont usually run into people as understanding & loving as Jesus or just slightly so. I suffer from depression and a learning disability. There are stigmas attached to those. Most people don't want anything to do with anyone who suffers from it. Also I recently lost my grandmther & fiance and people arent caring about that either. They give me cold comments like "It happens" and shrug their shoulders wtf

2.Disasters are a consequence of Lucifer's fall from heaven & our fall in Eden. They are not God's perfect will.
3.To quote a Christian from India enduring severe persecution "What can they do to me? They can only kill me once." Sidenote; What is sickness & or death to those who have eternal life?
4.No one is innocent because we all are guilty of treason via Adam & Eve; So we all are capable of being saved via Christ.
Yeah and if we are alive their has to be someone who made this world. Like an artist, can you just say that this painting is just made by nothing? Thats avoiding logic and stupid as the world was based by chance and it came out of nothing.

When these came out I was already an adult and wanted to see them, but the price was always sooo high. I couldn't hope to afford the series. Even one tape was so costly and how could I choose a mere half hour out of so many stories? So I waited for something to happen, hoping.....

The priests and Levites were supposed to represent the government of God--but by that time in history, they were very corrupt and self-righteous--which is how they were depicted here.
What everyone should do. It's more than just lending a hand. It's loving your enemies. It's really hard to do that. A good example of a challenge is praying for terrorists or helping someone in need even if they are not believers. This is my favorite parable ever!

I believe Samaritans were mixed of Jews and other races, sort of making them "Unpure." Of course today that is considered nonsense, but back then Jews were seriuos about keeping their lineage and genealogy perfect from the line of Abraham. Thats just what I can remember anyhow.
