Louis Walsh said to him he still thinks that Rhydian was going to be hard to beat he did,nt know how he was going to beat Rhydian & Leon did beat him in the final & the only reason he won because of Kylie Minogue dueting with him in first session of the final & also When You Believe probley did,nt suited Rhydian very well.

He was an ok singer but had no star quality, he doesn't really own the stage when he's performing unlike Alexandra Burke or Leona Lewis, I think that's why the record company dropped him like a hot brick because the public didn't really warm to him.

Look we all know EXACTLY why he won the show then bombed. The Scots are like scouses, they have to win somethin at any cost, tallent doesn't come into it.
