  • @themoneyking45 I think you might be looking for buttercream frosting. It is stiffer and you can use it decorating all kinds of cakes. Thanks for coming by!

  • How come my frosting is yellow-ish? why is the one at cinnabon's white? =\

  • @xKJx25 I have no idea how Cinnabon makes their frosting white. This acquires the yellow from the butter. Have a great day.

  • @purplerose159 I guess it depends what you are making. For salad dressings, for example, possibly. For things like pancakes not really. Great question! Have a fantastic day!

  • @pastryparrot1 Thanks! =3

  • What would the metric measurements be?

  • @KORUAPEHU 8 oz. will equal 227 grams - roughly. One cup is 8 oz. Thanks for coming by!

  • How much servings does that make ? Can you double the recipe to make more if you need to ?

  • @musicdoll91 This is enough frosting to frost a 9x13 cake. Yes, you can double the recipe. Thanks for coming by!

  • so obviously i can make this and add food coloring rite? coz that looks yummy and really easy

  • @phatbeb0t Absolutely! Thanks for coming by!

  • @tleustaquio DUDE! I have so had that problem before and it was driving me insane! I was making rice pudding, and finally realised it was the vanilla essence I was using! Make sure you buy top quality vanilla, otherwise there is a good chance it will leave a little soapy taste...

  • @tleustaquio That is so weird! Thank you for coming by! Happy 2011!

  • Seems real easy too I'll c if when I do it it turns out lyk how u do it.

  • @bgirlhmoobvaj95 I am sure it will. Thanks so much for coming by!

  • i dont know whats wrong, but my frosting are too watery. i've put alot of powder sugar, about 3 cups! but its never gets the right consistency...

  • @quasar Maybe your cream cheese is not as thick as the one in the US? I do not know why it would be watery either. Thanks for coming by!

  • @irafrancisca23o7 You could try making this with a whisk but you will need to whisk really hard. Not impossible but quite a chore! Thanks for coming by! Oh, and yes, it is called a hand mixer.

  • Does it have to be confectioners sugar???

  • @RequiemSoup If you don't use confectioners sugar your frosting will have sugar granules in it. Try processing the sugar until it is really fine. That should work. Thanks for coming by!
