Stylistically, the movie did not rate. The camerawork was shoddy, and I felt the actors, though good, lacked direction and I found I couldn't identify with them, even on a basic level. I empathised with the 'homeboy' character, but felt a mere stunt-double could have given me as much insight into his inner soul. The film also ran for a bit too long, and after leaving the room and going for a shit, I felt vaguely dismayed. The script was also lousy, and the title was barely accurate. 1 star.
