@The2010SnowDay You'd need a better boiler setup. I'd go with a Lamont steam generator. It's a monotube boiler with a reservoir that allows excess steam to condense back to water rather than blow your leg off. Don't build it off of this comment though, google it for a proper schematic.
hey man just curious why don't you take the rim off the burnt out engine and swap it out with the warped tire see what happens? after you do that remove the tire and try hooking up a car alternator using an (old serpentine belt to drive the alternator) see if you can generate some power.

Howdy. Looks like you're having lots of fun with that project... wish I had the space to do the same. You know, you would definitely get a lot more power if you were to grind those cooling fins off of the piston, then insulate the whole assembly very well. I have no doubt that this would dramatically improve the power output.
wow! you got that sucker flyin! too bad the other motor was partially seized, you'd have a litltle power station there.lol. i wonder if theres a way to bore that hole out a little bigger and still have threads to hold the fitting on so the piston can be freed up little
