*cough* HE *wink wink* uses the marker and blur tools. But in this video I actually used selection tool, and manually switched the colors. I cant explain. Looks like I'll have to make another video to show my method hopefully? *wink wink*

premade it before recording, copied the outline and on a new layer expanded it and reduced opacity

i premade it before i started recording, basically right after i did the outline, i sopied the outline to a new layer then expanded it and reduces the opacity of the lineart
