go under tools then click options and then click on advanced and move the picture duration down to .125 and add your pictures by clicking on the first one holding shift and clicking on the last one and add to the timeline

Use something like iKITMovie ..it has 2,200 sound fx also ..so you don't have to rely on another program to do all the sound addition and editing etc.
