Theres pretty much 3 types of ninjas...

This kind (backwards)

One where you jump over their head and hit straight down once you get past them (Frontal) and

Then theres one where you just jump and spin like crazy and hit. (spin)

Backwards ones are hard because usually the person just hits you in the back. I think the frontal one is the easiest becuase you're at less risk... unless you miss and they look up and hit you...

to kill a ninja you have to use a sniper and grenades/plasma. and if they are waiting for you throw a grenade before you fire

Why don't you learn how to Ghost jump, evade a hit as an enemy is lunging at you, or just use your head for once and put yourself in the mind of your opponents? Being a ninja is more than crappy-ass, one-shot techniques-- it's a method of playing. Get some skill.
