Time Warner has been a public relations disaster for at least a decade. Blunders include usage caps, fees increasing each year faster than inflation and fraudulent business acts and bad services. In June 2011, a lawsuit was filed against Time Warner for refusing to make closed captioning available on CNN's online videos after being notified by disgrunted consumers. Recently it also aired pornography on children's channels.
nahhh...the phone company has been ripping the usa for years because we had no other choices..now they care about customers....at least cable has always hustled for our buissness...the phone company...cmonnn eff them,...only reason the phone company droped prices and started some customer service is because of Time Warner Cable..the phone company dosent run the world no more,now we can actually save money..
No, you were DUMB to switch to TWC. TWC sucks. I'm always losing my phone, cable and internet service for hours, sometimes days. I'ma get smart and switch BACK to Verizon when I move to my new apartment.
