then i got all the individual mouths and basically did that on paint individually so i ended up with like hundreds of different kurt picures and its basically stop motion lol can't expain it differently :P lol

movie maker lol really simple.. insert pictures then cut them down to 0.08 seconds in lentgh, one after another.. try it an you'll see what i mean

i made it using five of the same pictures but with different facial expressions..then lined em up according how it would look if he spoke..its basic stop motion animation..its pretty cool stuff..each of the pictures last 0.08 seconds and they give the impression of movement..i can't explain it in any other way..lol sorry
