Ok, my computer is pissing me off. i needed a video to ask a question with, and i guess this one is good. my problem is, my computer wont read some discs. it reads like, ok... i have a disc called AT&T high speed internet backup cd, and it works fine. but i'm trying to install something called 155000 games, and when i put in the Cd, nothing happens. it's as if i don't even have a disc in. can someone help me? please?

Instead of 10,000 to 4,000 who can make it much faster!!! and can also be changed for all Pc in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/ SYSTEM/ CurrentControlSet/ Control

In the name changed the WaitToKillServiceTimeout 20,000 by 4000 and your PC go faster even on shutdown. You can change by 1000 but is dangerous.

thats the number 0... it is the number of seconds left before shutdown...

i.e. 60 means a coutdown timer will come on and the comp will shut down in 1 minute

yeah, it can mess things up. a computer is always doing something important while shutting down, and that is why it takes its time. never go rooting through system files unless you really know what you are doing.

if you want to make the shutdown faster

replace the zero into a number that is large,

this makes the shutdown delayed in seconds

to terminate it

>start

>run

type shutdown -a

you dont need tu put -f

when doin the shutdown all you need to type is " shutdown -s " the -s is for shutdown. you can do " -f " if you want but this just forces any applications to. but theres no point in typing -t 0 koz this sets the countdown to shutdown. if you miss that out then it just shutsdown straight away
