Fleur...I know it may sound obvious but I did a flight to LA fom New Zealand when I was sick last month, its a 3 hour flight to Aussie then 14 hours to LA and the most important thing i could of taken was soft tissues!!! The air con makes your nose run crazy and if you use the airplane ones they are soooo rough, my nose was bleeding by then end from using their crappy tissues!!

Yours is by FAR my favourite youtube vlog!!!! I was really ill and stuck in bed for about a month a while back and discovered all these YouTube vlogs which kept me occupied but yours is the only one I really follow since getting back to normal. I love that your a down to earth girl, no pretensions or blatent product placement advertising... and our lives are very similar which I guess draws me in even more! Love your vlogs :) I recommend the Lemsip sachets, they're a little hard to find but I used to have the drinks (yuk!) and these are miles better, they taste a bit like sherbet and they dissolve on the tongue, great for travelling too :) Have fun in LA! x

@Ellyn95 I did Geog at Manchester, best 3 years. Not necessarily any use for getting a job but really interesting course (wherever you do it), field trips are amazing (I went to NYC for 10 days in 2nd year) and the people seem to be great wherever you study. Do it.

Seeing the UK drugs made me laugh; my older brother moved to London last year and when he came home to California he asked that we fill his stocking with familiar American brand drugs because when he got sick a few weeks ago he got overwhelmed trying to figure out what was what, even though if he had turned the boxes over to active ingredients he'd discover they're all the same...

I absolutely hate Lemsip, too! What I do is I put freshly squeezed lemon juice in hot water and use honey (lots of honey..) to sweeten it! It works wonders! But of course it would be hard to make this on a plane... ;)
