In my opinion Anthrax is the only band in the big 4 that has that same awesome atmosphere as PANTERA.

Besides, I dont consider PANTERA thrash metal. Their first album sounds a bit thrashy here an there because Dime was a big Megadeth and Slayer fan and came straight outa the 80s glam and thrash metal scene. But they developed their own groovy speedy sledge hammer power metal-genre during the 90s.
