Shame he's shit now. As I own every single one of his albums including this, I can safely say there's VERY few songs on which he actually sounds like he's making an effort. He tries to make his music all complex and unorthodox and it just backfires horribly, He comes out with this big long line filled with large words and then finishes the rhyme rather pitifully with any line that will rhyme with it. Such a shame.

Yeah, I completely agree. And his voice sounds all weird now, his flow is incredibly off beat. He says some of the same words all the time (vampires, unicorns, etc.). Its a damn shame that he never released any albums during this period. His verses on "Punishment" "Silkworm" "Terrorist (Japanese version)" "Doomsday" "Bastard Swordsman"....were brilliant. If RZA had gave him his solo debut album back then, it would have been classic, i believe.

In his interview it says hes done songs with every Wu member, and he also mentioned a lot of that material being unreleased as well. I wonder what his relationship is with Wu-Tang now, especially after the RZA tossed his verse on Digisnacks. Plus he's not with Black Knights anymore so it's almost as if his Wu relationship is terminated. I havent heard "punishment", "terrorist" or "doomsday" but his verses were brilliant on the other two. You need to check out those other verses too, he destroys all those tracks. Yeah, I saw that interview where he talked about working with every Clan member...I wish that material could be released. He also said there was supposed to be an album produced mostly by RZA. Most likely during his "Holocaustic period". I'm not sure what his relationship with Wu is now, but he still reps Wu-Tang on albums. And whatever possessed him to change his style must of been drug related, smh.

@eutue I've heard the same about him. In some interview he even refers to the Holocaust/Black Knight days as a chrysalis, as if all of that time was leading up to his becoming Robot Tank. Last I heard he was locked up. Pro The Leader, one of his closest associates, said he hadn't spoken to him in a year, and that was in 2010. The "mixed forest zone" style is my favorite by far. Hope he's better.

Paz was good in the early JMT days. he had more conceptual stuff. it wasn't about drinking 40z and being down with his crew. I think he still has potential in terms of wordplay, but he doesn't have as much depth..Warcloud/Robot Tank/Holocaust/ whatever he goes by now, I think he should have stuck with his old style. sometimes I find it harder to enjoy his new stuff because he doesnt rap on beat, although the complexity of his messages are compelling. his old style was best.

Definitely. First time I heard him was on Bobby Digital's song Holocaust (Silkworm) and I was blown away by his verse. By far one of the best I heard. I actually discovered him by accident too haha. What's even more ironic is that I discovered him because I was looking for a Wu-Tang song that I thought was titled "Holocaust", and he came up in the search. With the exception of his newer material I've been hooked since.
