you have to download this driver called "quickset" its on dell's website under support. download the program and install it. from that you can change colors by going to gaming optioins on quickset

That's wierd. When I play battlefield 2142 on my M1710, it doesn't use widescreen mode. It just makes the sides black and uses the normal aspect ratio. Do you do any special to make run in widescreen?

I myself am not into mobile gaming, (owning an XPS Gen 3 and XPS 700) but I do have a Inspiron 9300, and know that Dell notebooks are of amazing quality.

Im actually thinking about purchacing an XPS M1330..have you seen them? Worlds thinest laptop...packs a punch too (for a 13.1") Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz...2GB RAM...120GB HDD...Nvidia 8600 128MB GPU all for around £1000 quid, so top price.

hah one thing, ALL nvidia 8series (that will say 8600) is crap unless you've got DX10... they will stick around for like half a year, then BOOM, no memory left. the best Nvidia Graphics on a laptop is Go 7900 or Go 7950GTX
